Job Purpose:
Provide an independent assessment on the compliance and internal controls of Saint-Gobain’s entities in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct independent, objective assurance and consultancy activity designed to add value and improve the organization's operations.
Carry out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards by which the organization's financial, physical and information resources are managed:
Identify internal control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
Create process maps of significant financial, business and operational processes in order to recommend opportunities for improvement
Present audit conclusions and recommendations to senior management
Lead audit team to accomplish audits in due time with good quality
Assist in special projects as requested by corporate management or as directed by supervisor.
Closely work with local finance managers, controllers to provide advice and help by establishing an effective internal control system in all entities.
Qualification Requirements：

* Typical Education Level 教育背景：

University degree with major in accounting, finance or related business majors
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：

Minimum 5 years working experience
Big 4 background is a must
In-house internal audit or SOX 404 experience preferred
A knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits
Familiar with PRC GAAP, IFRS GAAP standards and regulations
An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports
Experience in manufacturing sector

Strong oral and written communication skills, both in English and Chinese
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes and challenges
Able to travel extensively in Asia Pacific, ~ 80% travel
