Job Purpose:
As part of Saint-Gobain IT team in charge of supporting Saint-Gobain Chinese entities in terms of IT users, the job holder shall be responsible to support user complex IT issues/requests and more specifically all English / VIP users located across Great China.

Key Responsibilities:
1、Provide front line support for China English / VIP users and resolve IT issues in collaboration with on-site IT support when necessary
2、Provide the on-site support service to all VIP users who based in Delegation office and VIP visitors
3、Follow-up resolution of specific cases and champion any China specific IT matters
4、Help to document any IT knowledge coming from the resolution of common cases
5、Follow Saint-Gobain IT standards and support processes

Qualification:
-Above bachelor Degree in computer science or related discipline
-Between 2 and 5 years IT experience in the relative areas.
-Fluent in both written and spoken English, preferably passed CET Band 6
-Other language such as French, Korean is nice to have
-Familiar with IT Help Desk Services and support
-Familiar with PC standardization and on-going support
-Familiar with Windows 7/XP with Office 2003/2010, Outlook, Anti-virus, Firewall
-Familiar with network, Printer, Scanner, Wireless Cards, Blackberry etc.
-Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory
-Excellent communication skills, user and result focus and team spirit
-Highly motivated, organized, and ability to manage multitasks.
-Strong follow up skill and the sense of total responsibility
