Qualifications:

1. Engineering background for over 5 years, prefer major electrical or mechanical. 2. Above 5 yr. equipment management experience for a multinational manufacturing plant. 3. Project management knowledge. 4. Familiar with Auto CAD & Microsoft Project. 5. Fluency English spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

1.Make preventive maintenance plan and schedule according to the machine manual instruction and company requirement.

2.Review all the documentation related to maintenance procedures and work instruction and make update when necessary. Train the relevant operator staff duly and make sure they follow the guidance and work instruction.

3.Make sure all the production equipment regular check lists are in place and train the mechanical and electrical technician to follow the regular check rigorously.

4.Spare parts Management: build and spare parts and components in place duly for any new equipment.

5.Ensure timely trouble shooting through internal maintenance forces and outsourced services with high customer satisfaction

6.Equipment Procurement

7.Responsible for all the Level 3 safety training to all the technicians and outsourced contractor

8.Ensures all the on site construction or machine installation related activities are in line with safety and environment as well as secure requirement through training and education to the workers

9.Makes sure all the outsourced contractors (workers) have insured for themselves and declared their responsibilities and liabilities in written form.
