Qualifications:

1. College or University degree major in Business Administration

2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

3. Minimum three years warehouse management experience

4. Experience in ERP/MRP is preferred

5. Experience within automotive supply chain is preferred

6. Good written English

Activity 1: Warehouse Management & Inventory Control 70%

1. Supervises and trains storekeeper.
2. Responsible for loading/unloading of all goods.
3. Perform inventory management, including cycle counting and aisle checks, ensures inventory accuracy through well scheduled counting and checks. Makes weekly Inventory Reconciliation.
4. Ensures all the inventory related inputs into BPCS to be with error free.
5. Implementation of visual inventory management and material flow systems-including implementation of JIT deliveries from tanneries;
6. Ensures physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
7. Monitors daily activities of ordering, receiving, storing, inventory control, issuing and shipping materials, suppliers, tools, equipment and parts in storage room, make sure all the activities are meet established procedures and work instructions.

Activity 2: 5S management 20%

1. Make sure the material and the finished goods are sorted and placed on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

2. All the material and goods should be marked properly. And the relevant label should be properly placed. All the material and goods should be in line with the information marked with the goods.

3. All the racks, shelves and floors in the responsible 5S areas are clean and no trash.

4. The warehouse staffs are in good spirit when they are working.

Activity 3: Health& Safety management 10%

1. Assists Manager and participates in planning personnel safety and warehouse protection.

2. Prepares Level 3 safety training material and be responsible for all the Level 3 safety training to all the technicians.
