学历/经验要求：
（1） 机械工程等相关专业本科以上学历。
（2） 2年以上质量保证，质量管理体系方面经验，有制造业从业经验者优先。
（3） 熟悉ISO 9001和3C system。
（4） 供应商质量管理和控制经验。
（5） 熟悉APQP、PFMEA等质量管理工具。
（6） 英语书面读写无障碍，基本的沟通能力和团队精神。
（7） 积极主动，有责任心。

职责：
（1） 负责质量保证、质量控制和质量系统的建立。
（2） 保证材料和加工流程的质量。
（3） 与采购工程师合作，参与供应商筛选，评定和质量管理。
（4） 负责所有采购零部件和产品的检验和审核 。
（5） 保证工厂生产的产品质量，参与改进生产流程。
（6） 对质量检验记录，产品质量缺陷等加以分析，推动各项内，外部纠正/预防措施，监控其实施并对其有效性做评估。
（7） 上级指派的其它任务。
