Job Responsibility

- Responsible for merchandising, marketing and sales and profit performance

- Work with General Manager and Senior Management team to establish and achieve sales and margin goals, develop operating budgets and monitor performance

- Manage operation cost

- Identify potential improvements in operations and merchandise flow to maximize the performance.

- Assist the recruitment, selection, training and responsible for supervision of staff to maximize sales and profit performance.

-Coach and mentor staff to implement initiatives.

- Execute promotional strategies

- Take overall control and responsibility for the management of stock and the stockroom including relevant processes and procedures, raising any issues/ concerns and taking appropriate action in a sensitive and timely manner

- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirement

- Minimum of 8 years of purchasing/operation experience in retail industry, with additional ecommerce experience is a plus

- Diploma or above education background, retail related major is a benefit

- Fluent in Chinese and English

- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills.

- Strong communication and inter-personal skills

- Strong numerical & analytical skills

- Demonstrate commercial awareness

- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change

- Enthusiasm and ability to develop with the company
