Job Outline

Product Manager is a key role within one of our highest revenue generating business streams, the incumbent should have good Fixed Income products experience and be able to add value to the fixed income business. The successful incumbent will be capable of building excellent relationships with key members of relevant trading and sales desks, understanding client needs to integrate into the company platform.


Main Responsibilities

1. Work with Business Manager and other relevant stakeholders to drive and develop fixed income information trading platform.
2. Demonstrate business and product ownership, keeping up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain competitive advantage
3. Develop a thorough understanding operational requirements for both clients and banks.
4. Communicate effectively with client groups, educate client through product demonstrations and feedback.
5. Understand market and regulatory development and their impact on the business; incorporate this breadth of knowledge into business development strategy.

Top 3 Requirements

1. Solid Fixed Income product knowledge, thorough understand of electronic trading.
2. Ability to drive and support a product development and sales strategy.
3. Project management experience and capabilities; result focused and commitment to achieving high standards.


Special Requirements

1. Software knowledge, financial background would be plus.
2. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
3. Innovative thinking, positive can-do and team-player.
