Summary of Job Function:

工作职责

1.Be responsible for developing the assembly cells for the new projects.

负责新项目的生产线开发工作。

2.Develop manufacturing process documents.

开发制造工艺文件。

3.Be responsible for the current products’ manufacturing process improvement. Follow up the Engineering Change, and maintain the manufacturing process documents periodically.

负责现有产品的制造工艺改进，跟踪工程更改，工艺文件的定期维护。

4.Control the defects related with manufacturing process and improve it in production.

生产过程中不良情况的控制及制造工艺改善。

5.Support Production Supervisor to fulfill the production plan.

支持生产主管完成生产计划。

Specific Responsibilities:

具体职能

1.Be responsible for developing the assembly cells in the new project team, creating and confirming the requirements of assembly cell, developing, tracking & qualifying the equipment, tooling and fixtures with suppliers, and be responsible for new project’s trial-run.

加入新项目团队负责开发生产线。生成、确认生产线需求和规格，开发、跟踪和验收生产线设备、工装、夹具（协同供应商），负责新项目的试生产等。

2.Develop package for new products.

为新产品开发包装。

3.Do the on-site troubleshooting in the production.

现场解决生产过程中的突发问题。

4.Develop manufacturing process documents, such as LAYOUT, FLOWCHART, P-FMEA, WI, etc.

开发制造工艺文件。编制LAYOUT，FLOWCHART，PFMEA，WI等程序文件，

5.Study the cycle time, increase the production efficiency continually and implement Lean-manufacturing.

测定节拍时间，不断提高生产效率，推进精益生产。

Know-How Requirements:

职位要求

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics or electronics, or industry engineering.

本科学历(或以上)，机械、电子或工业工程相关专业。

2.More than 3 years assembly experience in manufacturing assembly facility. Automotive parts industry is plus.

3年以上的制造装配行业经验，汽车零部件行业优先考虑。

3.Must be familiar with computer operation and have a good command of OA.

熟悉计算机操作和掌握办公自动化。

4.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

良好的沟通技巧和人际关系处理能力。

5.Good oral and written English is preferred.

良好的口头和书面英语。
