Follow up all company disciplines and rules strictly, and check all disciplines and rules have been implemented properly.

严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，并检查各项制度的执行情况。

Implement and perform all missions which be assigned by company, supervise and check the implemented status, and give effective feedback information.

认真执行和监督公司下达的各项任务，积极有效地监督和检查实施情况并提供有效的反馈信息。

Strengthen workshop management, include 5S, working instruction and process requirement, and record the working performance truly.

加强现场管理，5S管理，监督工人是否按作业指导书进行生产，并记录当班的工作生产状况。

Need checking related important equipment and facility, and confirm all equipment are in good status.

对重要的设备、设施进行检查，并确认其工作状态良好。

Supervise the safety issue in the workshop, check some fireproofing, stealing and working injuring accident in the workshop.

监督生产现场的安全工作，做好防火、防盗及安全生产的现场检查。

Need support to deal with all emergency event, make sure no company asset lost and no employ safety issue.

处理各类突发事件，确保公司的财产不受损失，员工安全不受伤害。

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years manufacturing plant workshop management experience. If have automotive business experience of foreign enterprise will be better.

全日制学士学位，至少5年以上制造工厂生产现场管理经验，如有汽车行业外资企业工作经验更佳。

Probity, good execution, and can follow up the discipline.

为人正直，执行力强，能够坚持原则。

The candidate should have the experience of Army, policeman and security.

有军队服役或警察、保安等类似经历。
