Specific Responsibilities:

1. Arrange daily work for inspectors. Inspector training and certification.

安排检验员日常工作. 培训并考核检验员。

2. Control quality of FG and process.

控制成品及生产过程的质量。

3.Daily production line aduit and tracking nonconforming item, resolve the problems with team members.

每日生产现场审核，并跟踪不良项目，与团队一起解决问题。

4. Check the status in customer internet daily.

每天在客户网站确认质量成绩。

5. Handle customer complain and finish 8D report.

处理顾客投诉，完成8D报告。

6. Complete PPAP files submit. Set up inspection instruction.

完成PPAP文件递交. 制定质量检验指导书。

7. Arrange customer audit and 3^rd party audit.

安排顾客审核和第三方审核等相关事宜。

8. Be responsible for TS16949/ISO9000.

负责TS16949/ISO9000相关事宜。

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

1.Hold bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related engineering.

本科学历，机械或工程类专业背景。

2.Familiar with ISO9000 & TS16949, understand FEMA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP.

熟悉ISO9000及TS16949，了解五大工具手册（FEMA, SPC, MSA, APQP,PPAP）。

3.At least 3 years related working experience，familiar with Assembly process.

至少3年相关工作经验, 熟悉装配工艺。

4.Familiar with MS-OFFICE.

能熟练运用办公自动化软件。

5.Fluency in oral and written English.

流利的外语口语和读写能力。

6.Good communication and team work.

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
