工作职责

职责与要求：

Working on test requirement review, test plan build, test follow up, test report submit as well test resource management.

负责试验需求评审、试验计划和试验跟进、试验报告提交，以及试验资源管理。

Specific Responsibilities:

具体职能

1. Work on test requirement collection, review.

负责试验需求整理，评审。

2. Test quotation from supplier, to quotation team, supporting new business quotation.

试验报价,并为新项目报价提供支持。

3. Test fixture build.

试验治具。

4. 3rd party test Lab audit and management.

第三方试验室资源资质评审与管理。

5. Test plan preparation and review with customer.

准备试验计划，并与客户进行试验计划评审。

6. Validation follow up and test issue close action with design team.

负责试验跟进，与设计团队解决试验问题。

7. Test report review with supplier, submit to customer for approval.

与试验供应商评审试验报告，向客户提交试验报告，并获得审批。

8. In-house Lab test facility management, validation plan management.

内部试验资源管理与试验计划管理。

9. Follow development process, create and maintain engineering documents to meet Quality System requirements. Prepare test documentation for release and write reports. Participate in design reviews.

根据开发流程，撰写和修改工程文件以满足质量体系的要求。制定试验文件，撰写报告。参加设计评审。

10. Interface with other internal groups such as software engineering, mechanical engineering, PCB Design, CAD, manufacturing and the customer as required for product development.

根据产品开发的需要，与软件工程，机械工程，PCB设计，CAD，生产等内部人员及客户进行沟通。

11. Capture and communicate customer expectations inside and outside the organization.

在组织内外了解与传达客户的期望目标。

12. Constantly work on improvement of personal and departmental technical capabilities.

不断提高个人和部门的技术能力。

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent.

工程学士学位或国外的同等学历。

2. 2 - 3 years of automotive design/validation experience.　

2-3年汽车设计或试验经验。

3. Automotive validation experience preferred.

有汽车系统试验经验优先考虑。

4. Hands-on experience with test & measurement equipment desired.

有试验测量设备操作经验。

5. Knowledge of electronics/electrical, mechanical product.

具备电气/电子及结构产品综合知识。

6. Candidate should be able to handle various tasks at the same time.

有能力在同一时间内承担多项任务。

7. Chinese: able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. English: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

中文：读写能力，分析能力，翻译商业杂志和行业杂志，技术流程，和政府的规章制度的能力。撰写报告，商务信件，及职工操作程序指南的能力。英文：能及时有效地传递信息及答复经理，顾客，客户和其他成员的问题。
