1) Create specification: work with merchandiser and supplier collecting detail information/product certificate from factory, reviewing them to find out if all the information exactly same as the product, adding quality requirement /inspection point /testing method to ensure the product quality.

2) 3rd party testing arrangement: work with 3rd party engineer studying the testing standard, make sure the testing is proper for product. Apply and track testing until get the report.

3) Internal testing: create test method and implement to assess product risk.

4) Expert in the relevant fields: Learning Product knowledge, studying relevant domestic or international standard/regulation. Giving testing proposal for each product.

5) Technical consulter : reviewing and replying all the quality/technical document from customers. Checking all the certificate if they compliant to regulation or standards. Giving proper suggestion of the technical issues from client, factory, and merchandisers.

6) Analyzing complains.

8) Sign off the samples

DEGREE OF AUTONOMY

Have right to require hold the project if any risk not settle up.

Have right to require relevant dept. provide necessary information.

Have right to issue some quality requirement and standard to suppliers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

More than 3 years work experience in relevant fields

With quality assurance background

Knowledge in quality control of consumer product, like brush, plastic product;

Bachelor Degree or above of 4 years full time engineering education

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Familiar with EU standards and regulation on consumer product like toothbrush, dental floss, etc..

Have product and quality control knowledge of brushes, plastic...

Skilled on Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint )

Capable of learning related knowledge by self.

Good communication/administration/ ability

Teamwork spirit.

Others
