职位描述
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Monitor the IQC for raw materials of Solent product, to make sure the materials comply with relevant specification.
2) Online checking the mass production for Solent product to make sure the product and its production conditions meets Solent requirements.
3) Conduct final inspection for before release the shipment and provide the relevant reports to QC manager and assistant.
4) Check and report any difference between the product specification and actual mass production.
5) Monitor the loading shipment.
6) Test the samples once Solent requires.
7) Provide the samples once Solent requires.
8) Help to investigate and resolve the customer complaints.
9) Feed back any non-conforming issue to Solent during the whole business running.
10) Make sure all Solent requirements could be implemented at Star.
11) Go to supplier for inspection if Solent requires.
12) Complete other tasks QC manager assigned.
DEGREE OF AUTONOMY
n Have right to require factory hold the project if any non-conforming issue found.
n Have right to reject any non-conforming items including raw materials, semi-product and finished product for Solent.
n Have right to report Solent for any quality issue.
WORK RELATIONSHIPS
Internal Contacts
1) To report QC manager and QC supervisor for any quality issue
2) To ask specification for Solent product from toothbrush & wet wipe technician.
3) To provide the online & final inspection reports to merchandiser and QC department.
External Contacts
1) Star: work with Star to control Solent product quality.
2) Star supplier: resolve any raw material quality problem with supplier.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or above
3 years experience of factory Inspector at least
In depth knowledge in toothbrush& wipes.
Good skills of Communication
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Familiar with relevant toothbrush standard.
Have inspection skill and knowledge.
Skilled on sampling knowledge and sampling standard MIL-STD-105E.
Skilled on Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
Good communication
Basic English writing and reading
Teamwork spirit.
Travel is available
