Key Responsibilities：
1)To establish and maintain site quality and management system, and ensure compliance with Hi-P corporate wide management system requirement
建立并维护公司质量管理体系, 并确保遵循赫比总部管理体系要求。
2)To build up and manage quality organization, competence development and quality trainings implementation.
建立并管理质量团队，能力拓展以及质量培训开展等。
3)To provide total customer satisfaction in terms of TQSC.
　达到客户全面满意（技术，质量，价格和服务）。
4)To implement and manage Product Quality Planning.
执行并管理产品质量计划。
5)To manage Supplier Quality.
管理供应商品质。
6)To manage Quality related KPI and drive for continuous improvement.
管理公司质量关键绩效指标，并持续发展
7)Ensure Quality performance and Management System compliance by audit, and follow up with corrective and preventive actions.
　通过审核落实各项质量及管理体系工作，提出纠正预防措施。

Requirement ：
1、5年以上相关行业经验，3年以上管理工作经验；
2、熟练使用质量工具；
3、良好的沟通协调能力，
4、良好的组织领导能力和分析判断能力；
5、英语流利。
