JOB SUMMARY
1.To manage the program and to ensure all new program delivered as planned and within set budget.
2.To ensure the manufacturing capacity and capability of each facility is able to cope with the overall business plan.
3.To manage the sales team in order to meet AOP sales target.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Overall lead the team to achieve annually goals.
2.Optimum loading to meet maximum production output.
3.To ensure the readiness of tools to support timely production start and ramp up.
4.To ensure the accuracy of forecast coverage against actual purchase orders.
5.Issue and public all the working procedures. Drive all procedures will be implemented properly.
6.Communicate with customer to understand their concerns.
7.Work with Group function to support business developing in CE-SBU.

REQUIREMENT
1. Education junior college or above
2. 7 years relevant working experience
3. A technological background would be an advantage
4. Ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction in all related fields
5. Good communication skills and commercial skills
6. Knowledge in metal stamping & decoration
