Purpose：

Be responsible for the company's account payable function as well as financial ad hoc projects.



Responsibilities：

1.Lead and manage account payable function in daily accounting operation to support business, focusing on AP and T&E process.

2.Direct the AP teams with processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and local policies.

3.Lead and manage AP process standardization(SOP) and continuous improvement initiatives.

4.Ensure timely and accurate T&E reimbursement book-keeping process.

5.Lead the reconciliation process with intercompany on a monthly basis.

6.Coordinate between the Finance and Purchase/ Logistics functions for problem solving.

7.Lead and coach subordinates to set and to meet objectives and KPIs.

8.Provide key support to Senior Finance Manager to resolve AP function related issues.

9.Participate in internal audits, statutory audits and tax reviews.

10.Assist in special projects as needed.



Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above, Finance and accounting related major.

2.Requires approximately over 5 years of work experience in financial accounting in MNC, with 2 years of experience in managing people, share service center environment preferred

3.Good knowledge of IFRS & PRC GAAP is essential, additional knowledge in Oracle or other ERP preferred.

4.Have at least one of certificates of ACCA / CPA / CIA / CIMA.

5.Good oral and spoken English.

6.Good communication skill / good interface with different function people.

7.Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Change orientation, Ability to work effectively in a team across diverse culture and local business practices
