Main Responsibilities/工作职责

1. Leading product withdrawal & recall cases for product quality issue

2. Leading activities for solution of product quality complaints from customer/consumer

3. Ensuring qualification of VAS (Value Added Service) provider & LSP (Logistics Service Provider)

4. Leading activities for quality issue solution of imported FGs, VAS goods, returned goods and obsolete goods, POS material

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1. 5+ years experience at quality field (QM or QA) for cosmetics or personal care goods companies

2. Familiar with GMP, Chinese regulations, standardization and GMP/QMS audit is preferred

3. Bachelor or above, university graduate of scientific faculty

4. Good communication in English
