Position Summary/职位简介

负责BA日常工作的监督管理。

Main Responsibilities/工作职责

1. 达成管辖区域的Off Take目标。

2. 负责辖区BA的招募和各项人事管理工作。

3. 定期组织和召开BA例会，进行区域零售工作的回顾总结、计划部署、培训实施等。

4. 按时完成各项销售数据收集和报表提交工作。

5. 按照公司要求进行巡店，落实促销活动的执行。

6. 考评BA的日常工作并进行相应的培训指导。

7. 协调和维护零售终端各方关系，最终提高门店Off Take销量。

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1. 20–35岁之间女性，当地居民或有当地暂住证，普通话和当地语言流利。

2. 口齿清楚，外貌端正，气质佳。

3. 一年以上的商场及卖场促销管理经验。

4. 良好的任务执行能力和团队管理能力。

5. 性格乐观积极、开朗好学，具备良好的沟通能力。

6. 高中或以上学历，能够熟练使用office 工具，能够使用简单英文进行交流。
