Main Responsibilities:

1. Setup CDC and RDC's stock level and replenishment mechanism;

2. Convert total FC and RDC forecast to net demand base on inventory plan;

3. Work with production planning to ensure the net demand delivery;

4. Work with logistic department to ensure the transportation;

5. Lead cross functions to solve OOS issues and timely take actions to fulfill the demand;

6. Closely monitor the inventory health status and timely report out and push aging goods solution

7. Continue to improve the DRP process and efficiency

8. Support to SAP system enhancement and further implementation



Qualification:

1. At least 3 years working experience in multination company, FMCG industry is prefered.

2. At least 2 year planning working experience, DRP planner is prefered;

3. Strong leader ship and self motivation;

4. Can work under pressure, good at time management

5. Be familar with SAP operation and good at statistics;

6. English communication, including reading, wirte, and simple oral communication.
