职位描述

Business Process Manager

The Business Process Manager/Deputy Manager is responsible for championing the interests and objectives of business process owners. The Business Process Manager/Deputy Manager can work closely and interact directly with the process owners to identify, rationalize and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

The Business Process Manager/Deputy Manager can create 'as-is' process models and can make recommendations for 'to-be' process models using simulation techniques and focus group exercises. The Business Process Manager/Deputy Manager develops analysis supporting metrics standards, reporting and dashboards. The Business Process Manager/Deputy Manager can work with project teams to implement business process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Facilitation with process stakeholders to identify process challenges and process requirements.

2. Decompose high-level business and user requirements into detailed functional requirements and quality measures.

3. Identify key metrics and establish data collection best practices supporting metric standards, tools and dashboard.

4. Conduct analysis that identifies current state business process or system inadequacies across multiple functional areas.

5. Work directly with process stakeholders to drive the effort to map, model, simulate and improve business processes.

6. Make process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences.

7. Manage and control changes in project scope while communicating impact to management and team.

8. Perform ad-hoc analysis tasks and structured project-based assignments.


Basic Qualifications:

Hands-on experience using business analysis and related techniques to mapping and modeling (as-is) business processes, developing future state (to-be) business processes, process simulation and providing cost analysis

Develop standard process and supporting diagrams for existing processes and financial reporting processes, documenting entities, tasks, controls, data flow and assumptions.

Education and Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance /Accounting Management, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution.

? Solid Experience of Supply Chain Management
