Main Responsibilities

1. Provide compliance advisory to Retail function and branches ;

2. Identifying applicable local Retail banking regulations and Head Office requirements ;

3. Provide Retail Compliance training to Bank staff from compliance perspective ;

4. Perform testing and monitoring to ensure that the Bank is operating in compliance with applicable Retail compliance requirements. ;

5. Ensure all Retail banking related regulatory reporting appropriate carrying-out within UOBC ;

6. Improve and provide training to retail compliance team member ;

7. Managing regulatory relationships, under the supervision of the Team Head ;

8. Assist Retail Compliance head in managing the team and represent the meeting required or arranged ;

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor degree in economics and law related

2. Yrs of relevant experience: Minimum 5 years compliance experience in banking industry

3. Specific knowledge & skills:

3.1 Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Retail banking products and compliance

3.2 Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English
