Job Responsibilities:

- Provide best-in-class technology and operations services to support country business
Leadership role in:
1)Development of country WTO strategy and enterprise budget
2)Alignment of country technology and operations to Group direction
- Project sponsor for local deployment of WTO policies, service standards and architecture
- Custodian of local standalone operations and technology processes and systems
- Strategic Planning
1)Provide leadership, direction & guidance for local WTO ops and develop local strategic plan in consultation with Group T&O Mgt
2)Benchmark and propose technology advancement or ops re-engineering opportunities
3)Propose ops model for in-country standalone systems & processes
- Budgeting
1)Develop annual WTO budget and propose country level projects jointly with CFO and Business Units
2)Periodic tracking and review of allocated budgeted expenses
- Management&Monitoring
1)Assess and manage overall WTO performance and targets
2)Manage requirements and allocate resources within and across WTO ops units
3)Monitor and build organisational skills and capabilities, nurture talent
- Day-to-Day Duties
1)Review and monitor service levels and quality of services (SLAs,KPIs)
2)Manage and resolve conflict between Business and Support units with common objective of being a premier bank in APAC region

Job Requirements:

- Interpersonal,communication and negotiation skills to own and maintain good relations with stakeholders,facilitate and participate in cross function discussions
- Broad vision,think out of box and have a macro view of issues with ability to go in-depth where required
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and tight deadlines simultaneously and produce quality results
- Knowledge in wholesale and general banking, operations and technology
