Position: Property Management,HQ,Shanghai

Key responsibility: Responsible for the management of the Bank's properties (owned and leased), provides facilities management support to the Bank retail branches and outlets, working with the UOB Singapore office in managing renovations and interior fitting-out projects in China, and deals with local regulators and authorities etc.

• Office space demand study and evaluation
• Office/branch premises acquisition or lease
• Liaise with HO Property Division to plan office/branch layout
• Tender process and evaluation for office/branch renovation, oversee and manage the renovation project
• Daily office property maintenance to meet management and regulator's requirement
• Liase with office building landlord/mgt company on property-related matters
• Participate in rental control of leased premises
• UOBC outdoor advertisement, including branch signboards
  

Experience/knowledge:

• Posses a degree in Building, Architecture or Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering from a recognized university;
• At least 15 years relevant experience in Property Management including managing high quality interior fitting-out projects,facilities management of commercial retail premises and have a good working knowledge of M&E services;
• Be familiar with national and local building related regulations and has good working relations with the relevant regulators and authorities;
• Be proficient in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
• Solid experience on bank's branch/sub-branch renovation
• Good knowledge of branch opening process in China
• Good knowledge of CBRC, PSB and FS's regulation on Bank premises
• Strong management skills, team player, pleasant personality
• Familiar with office lease market and good relation with property agent
• Candidates with overseas experience will have a definite advantage
