Responsibilities:
Sales dedicated for drilling decanter, whole China.
To approach drilling rig designers and makers, and drilling service companies in whole china, understand the customer needs;
To promote AL decanter to the industry;
Define sales strategy with the manager;
To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel;
Sell decanter via channel or directly to customer;
Coordinate with central decanter team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance,
Establish and maintain an effective sales channel;
Requirements:
Knowledge:
3+ years drilling industry (required);
Education with oil drilling technology or chemical machinery;
Skills:
Fluent written and spoken English (required);
Good interpersonal communication;
Cross-cultural awareness;
Experienced sales for drilling decanters from Swaco, or Derrick are preferred;
Attitude:
Maintain a stable performance under pressure;
Customer-orientation and effective communication;
Motivation:
Is driven by delivering good sales performance, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
This position could be base in Shanghai or Beijing.
