Responsibilities:

1.Understand the needs and demand from internal & external customers

4.Make coaching & training plan for team members

6.Motivate team members
7.System support for BPCS, DT, ACE etc.

8.Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical,chemical and marine engineering is prefer.

2.5+ years experience in internal or external sales, technical support.

3.Fluent written and spoken English (required).

4.Management & leadership skills.

5.Cross-cultural awareness.

6.Customer-orientation and effective communications.

7.Willing to influence team members to improve team performance.
