We are developing a financial analysis platform based on Google and Facebook like models and cutting edge economic theories and computer technology.

Partnering with China’s leading hedge funds, and brokerage firms, as well as world’s top technology firm, we are looking for a senior product manager, who is fully devoted to product innovation and execution.

Job Description:

Helping Chief Product Officer to record, document, evaluate, revise, create, organize, explain and prioritize product design as well as product lifecycle management, including:
1. Driving cross-functional teams to define product concepts that align with strategic objectives
2. Create realistic plans and schedules that include cross-functional dependencies & ownership
3. Uncover and escalate blocking issues that cannot be resolved without executive intervention
4. Release products according to schedule & release criteria
5. Manage the transition of all pertinent components to the product

Job Qualification:

3-7 year product design and/or lifecycle management experiences in related fields
New product introduction / New market development experience

Innovation Related Skills:
1. Ability to quickly apply knowledge and experience from diverse fields and competitor products, and learn quickly if new, including data mining, social network, prediction market, online gaming, business intelligence, mobility, cloud, SaaS, Search.
2. Strong ability to do thought experiments on product features and user experiences
3. Strong ability to ask the right question
4. Excited by discovering new ways of doing things, through trial and error, with strong persistence.

Execution Related Skills:
1. Attention to Details and Strong ability to break down tasks into executable components
2. Strong ability to prioritize and optimize milestones and product feature and prototype schedules based on resource constrains and customer needs
3. Strong Ability to articulate value propositions both within and outside of the organization
4. Hands on software development experience, familiar with database, GUI, one or more of C++, Java, C#, or similar programming languages.
5. Strong communication skill, team player and familiar with collaborative work
6. Financial Service, Consulting, Trading, Investment Research experience is preferred but not required.
7. Familiarity and experience with Agile project management preferred but not required.
8. Written English skill required.
