Role Outline:
We’re searching for a results-driven, self-motivated sales professional interested in joining us as an Account Executive. This position is responsible for revenue and business growth for sales in the Greater China region. The successful candidate has to identify market opportunities that will develop and grow a strong sales pipeline to exceed sales quota.
You will be an experienced sale’s professional, with strong communication skills, having at least 5 years’ experience in software solution selling. You should be a team player, possess excellent presentation skills and able to work independently with minimum support from management.
This role will play a significant part in supporting the company’s growth ambitions across the Greater China marketplace. You will need to prove your ability to understand complex software solution offerings and industry requirements and shape them into simple sales messages that support a strong return on investment case to our future customers.
You will need to drive the sales process, through presenting and demonstrating the value and applicability of our solutions to our prospective customers.
Skills & Requirements
? A proven track record in over-achieving sales targets with an independent software provider.
Preferably in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or Warehousing environment.
? Experience with complex tender preparations, and contract negotiations within a wide variety of markets.
? Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to motivate internal and external stakeholders.
? A sophisticated presentation style.
? A natural, engaging and resilient personality that people warm too quickly.
? Strong leadership skills.
? A high degree of computer literacy.
Qualifications
? Degree in Business, Logistics or equivalent
? Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience especially in supply chain, transport, warehousing or logistics software industry or an equivalent industry background
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin – skills in other SE Asia regional languages looked upon favorably
? Effective presentation skills
? Initiative, eye for details and a team player
? Good technical skills would be highly regarded
? Regular travel will be required
