职位描述

This role will focus on implementing the company's reward strategy so that its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with global's desired pay philosophy of compensating employees with comparable market rates whilst maintaining internal equity.

Main Accountabilities:

- Design and implement the organization's C&B programs and activities, so that it meets the organisation's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. These programs may include job evaluation and classification; salary administration, short-term, long-term sales incentive plans, Long Term Incentives and employee benefits, executive compensation and retirement/annuity plans;

- Liaise with functional and operational area managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for business needs, but consistent with the organisation's overall reward strategy;

- Analyse and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization's current and future human resources needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization's reward strategy;

- Recommend compensation and benefits programs that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as retirement and pension plans, income continuance, etc;

- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standard of services e.g. insurance carriers, salary and benefits survey companies;

- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure that the organization's reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards;

- Be part of the due diligence workstream for M&A related projects


Specification:

- BA/BS degree in HR Management, Business Administration or other related fields, MBA is a plus

- Have demonstrated the ability to consistently have very good financial acumen, sufficient to understand the relationship of Human Capital and corporate financial objective achievement

- Minimum 8 years' professional experience in HR, with more than 3 years in managerial level in an key international organisation

- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and assessing effectiveness of Human Resource programs

- Strong interaction and communication skills

- Strong-relationship building skills especially with senior management teams

- Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written

- Possess a high degree of intelligence and self-confidence, will be energized by tough challenges and will have demonstrated the ability to manage complex human resources issues
