Major Responsibilities:
1. 3PL Vendor selection & coordination
? Manage, monitor and track 3PL logistic operations
? Monitor monthly charge list, keep tracking and analyze logistic cost
2. Stock & Inventory Management
? Assist to manage all processes involved in inventory, including stock transfer, stock replenishment, physical stock count, stock write on/off, scrapping, return goods handling,
? Track and analyze, inventory block/unblock, inventory data checking and maintenance, consignment stock management, batch management, etc.
3. BtB Transport Arrangement
? Be responsible for BtB order transport arrangement and re-label on demand
? Arrange appropriate transportation in a budget manner
4. Insurance management
? Manage the operation and analysis the claim
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree on international trade or related
2. More than 5 years of experience in supply chain operations (preferably in a chemical industry)
3. Good vender management (warehouse and transportation agent)
4. Handle complaints independently in a timely manner
