We need to setup a team based in Beijing for a project. This is expected to be a several-year requirement assuming this current Oppty.


Role: The developer for the product would understand requirement, understand the design and implement the features, write test cases etc


Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing
? Implementation of the respective feature inline with the design
? Understand the codebase and making enhancement to implement the requested functionality
? Analyzing the issues reported on the providing solution approach and providing solution to the issue
? Deliver assigned tasks on schedule with expected quality
? Developing the test cases and executing unit and integration testing
? Providing guidance and solution details to the subordinates


Skills-Mandatory
? OOPS Concepts
? Sound understanding on Core Java
? Worked on JEE applications
? Exposure of Frameworks (JEE/Servlet/JSP/JSPF)
? Good knowledge of SQL and Database ( Oracle)
? Must have worked on App Server ( Weblogic/jboss/websphere)
? Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences-written and verbal in English
? Good understanding on the unit testing tools and methodologies
? Experience on Version control tool-Rational Clear Case
? Good working experience on Linux


Skills-Desired
? - Good understanding on CMMi level 3 process needs
? - Exposure to any messaging system is added advantage (IBM MQ)
? - SOAP and RESTFul Web services


Experience:
? Min 3 Years of experience on the IT product development or ITES experience in domain intensive product on the technology mentioned above
? Knowledge and experience in Technology solutions associated with Airline passenger solutions is desired
