POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标:
Define and Design wire harness / 定义及设计线束 Provide Wire Harness requirements to DMU team / 向DMU 团队提供线束条件 Implement DMU team into Harness definition / 使DMU团队实施线束定义 Finalize wire harness design (physical harness and Funcional line level 2) / 完成线束的设计（实际线束以及2级线路电平）

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES /责任与活动:
？ Analyse input data from architure team and safety team to propose harness breakdown and harness position in aircraft / 研究电气结构及安全团队的数据输入，以分析线束故障以及建议线束在飞机中的位置
？ Ensure with DMU team and manufacturing team capacity to install and manufacture the harnesses (preliminary design phase and detailed design phase) / 确保DMU团队以及制造团队的线束安装和制造能力（初步设计阶段以及详细设计阶段）
？ Provide harness requirements to the DMU team (BOM, From-to, position) / 向DMU团队提供线束要求（物料清单，From-to，位置）
？ Implement feedback from DMU in Harness definition (final morphology, BOM completed) / 落实DMU团队对于线束定义的反馈（最终形态，完整物料清单）
？ Validate from Harness topology the Harness Bill of material / 验证线束拓扑结构物料清单
？ Create input drawing for wiring diagrams / 创建线路图的输入图纸
？ Deliver Physiscal harness dossier to customer / 向客户交付实际线束档案
？ Implement change per common change process / 通过通用更改程序实施更改

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历 :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and two years relative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required / 工程领域学士学位，两年相关经验；或同等的学历及经验
？ Knowledge of Wire harness definition methods and tools / 线束定义方法及工具知识
？ Knowledge of the Aerospace activities, processes and tools preferred / 航空航天相关活动，工艺及工具知识
？ Good written and oral communication skills / 良好的书面及口头交流能力
？ Written and oral professional English / 专业的英语口语及书面表达能力
？ Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts / 工程设计原理，理论，技术以及概念
？ Able to understand technical data / 理解技术数据的能力
？ Basic knowledge of EWIS component, process and tools (IGE-XAO suite tools) / EWIS 部件基本知识，工艺以及工具（IGE公司的电气设计工具）
