要求：
1、负责产品质量控制的各个方面，为软件开发团队提供软件测试及分析工作，确保软件各功能正常运行
2、分析产品需求，设计测试方案和测试计划
3、编写详细的手动和自动测试用例
4、执行测试用例，提交bug并提交必要的数据支持，提交测试报告
5、合理使用必要的工具和技术完成测试任务，例如验证数据的完整性，用户界面和功能测试
6、主动解决问题，为流程改进提出建设性方案
7、识别风险并加以解决，对产品规范进行评估和反馈
8、能适应快节奏工作，以最后期限为导向，与全球团队和代理们一起合作，确保高水准的客户满意度
9、能够适应变化的工作环境，同时专注于多个项目

职责：
1、3年以上的相关工作经验，大专以上学历
2、熟悉SQL Server、SQL或PL/SQL，有自动化测试工具使用经验(QTP和Load Runner)
3、具有较大项目或复杂Web系统测试的经验，有一定的Web测试经验更佳
4、专注于细节，善于发现问题
5、具有软件开发周期的相关知识
6、能够进行测试管理和需求管理能力者更佳


Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance. Candidate will partner
with the Software Development teams to provide software testing &
analysis, to ensure that the software produced meets the functional and
design specifications.
2. Analyze product requirements, define Test Strategies, and create written
Test Plans
3. Create detailed Test Cases for use in manual and automated testing
4. Execute testing tasks, report metrics, and escalate issues, as appropriate
5. Provide the necessary evidence to support evaluations
6. Utilize the necessary tools and techniques to accomplish tasks
7. Proactively solve or escalate problems, suggest process improvements.
8. Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk.
9. Reviewing and providing feedback on product specifications.
10. Must work well in fast paced and deadline driven environment with global
teams and clients to produce a high level of client satisfaction
11. Testing disciplines for validating data integrity, middleware (APIs),
back end servers and UI functionality
12. Adaptable to shifting priorities and working on multiple projects

Requirements:
1. 3 years of working experience with college degree or above
2. Strong PL/SQL and/or SQL/ Relational Database experience using MS SQL
Server experience. Power User, MS Word and Excel, automated testing tools
nice to have (e.g. QC, QTP, Load Runner)
3. Experience with testing Web-based applications
4. Extensive knowledge and experience in functional end-to-end testing of
complex systems
5. Demonstrated desire for quality with attention to detail
6. Knowledge of the software development life cycle
7. Project planning and change management skills are preferred
