Basic Job Description:
Dentists are general practitioners, handling a variety of dental needs. Dentists diagnose, prevent, and treat problems with teeth or mouth tissue. Remove decay, fill cavities, examine x rays, place protective plastic sealants on children's teeth, straighten teeth, and repair fractured teeth. Also perform corrective surgery on gums and supporting bones to treat gum diseases. Dentists extract teeth and make models and measurements for dentures to replace missing teeth. Dentists provide instruction on diet, brushing, flossing, the use of fluorides, and other aspects of dental care. Also administer anesthetics and write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications.
Report to: chief Medical Officer, CEO. Head Dentist.
Subordinates and supporter: Dental Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Reception, PSO, Billing clerk, Lab and Coroner.
Job location: Both our clinics are in the most metropolitan areas of Shanghai, China. (Near People's Square and Lu Jia Zui.). You may be initially assigned to just one clinic; however, this may change depending on the current needs of the organization.

Job Duties and Tasks:
1. Responsible for treating all kinds of oral problem with teeth, maxillofacial surgeons, operates on the mouth and jaws.
2. Also in charge of dentistry for children, treat gums and bone supporting the teeth, replace missing teeth with permanent fixtures, such as crowns and bridges, or with removable fixtures such as dentures, root canal therapy.3. Promote good dental health and prevention of dental diseases within the community.
4. Diagnose diseases in the head and neck through the use of imaging technology, treat all kinds of oral diseases.
5. Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as oral disease history, reports, and examination results.
6. Explain procedures and suggest or recommend prescribed treatments with patients.

Working Conditions
1. Stand on their feet for a period of time in the pleasant work environment in a modern clinic with well lighted exam rooms.
2. Hours of work generally 30-40 hours a week, frequently work at weekends in the busier time.
3. Being awakened and/or being asked to come in at rest time or night in case of emergency.
4. Wear masks, gloves, and safety glasses to protect themselves and their patients from infectious diseases.

Training and Qualifications
1.Got bachelor or master degree after the amount of 8 years training or studying in an accredited school of dental medicine .
2.Pass a national exam administered by the American Dental Association's Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations
3.Licensure in the state of U.S. is preferred.
4.Officially practicing experience in U.S. or other states is preferred.
