Develop products in collaboration with factories
Ensure successful certification and qualification of new and exisiting products on all markets
配合工厂生产，确保所有投放市场的现有产品的成功资质认证

Repomsibilties职责:
1、Provide definition packages to factories
提供给工厂明确的产品包装要求
2、Issue technical drawings and specifications
发放技术工程图及产品规格说明书
3、Qualify new products and components
确保新产品和组件的质量
4、Support failure analysis and evaluate risks
支持故障分析和风险评估
5、Follow up and ensure ontime certification and qualification of products and components
即使跟进并确保产品和组件的质量认证
6、manage definition evolution
管理产品定义演变
7、Establish and implement working procedures according to the quality management system
根据质量管理体系，建立并实施工作流程

Qualificaion任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering
本科或以上学历，主修机械或电气
2、at least 2 years solar module industry working experince
至少2年太阳能组件行业工作经验
3、familiar with Photovoltaic technology and standards,design rules
熟悉光伏技术及标准，设计规则
4、good at AUTOCAD, office, project management
擅长AUTOCAD,office,计划管理
5、English written fluent
