Responsibilities:
1.Assures the efficient coordination of the Sheeting areas to provide product for other workshops manufactured to the Company's high Quality Standards.
2.Coordinates the materials, staff and equipment needed to meet requirements. The coordinated operation must be monitored through the shift to assure materials prepared can be consumed before the end of the shift.
3.Detailed record of the process is kept as part of the Quality Control program.
4.Works with factory management team on daily work assignments.
5.Supervises training of the departmental personnel.
6.The records should record the all kinds of the work which relative with the ISO9001/22000/14001and OHSAS18001 system.
7.Recommends process change to the Quality Assurance Manager based on changing conditions or results of manufacture. Discretionary changes to Formula are not permitted.
8.Ensures all employees working in the department strictly adhere to all company and government safety and health practices.
9.Reviews production reports, monitors personnel performance, and informs the Factory Manager of production's progress and problems.
10.Showing food safety is supported by the business objectives of the organization.
11.Serves on the Safety Committee.

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree with a mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or management license or its equivalent is necessary.
2.Have strong skill on shop floor Management.3years of manufacturing experience in a food plant with the least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
3.Have basic understanding of the mechanical operation, industrial safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as well as HACCP.
4.Have Quality Management System experience.
5.In addition, solid supervisory, team leading, motivating, interpersonal skills are required.
6.Good English, interpersonal and computer skills are also required for the position.
