Area of Responsibilities:
Production Preparation
1Production preparation of new product, including process/fixture/layout/SW design and quotation baased on R&D requirements.
2Make production preparation for assembly products according to design requirement
3Design the layout and fixture needed
4Calculate the working hour per the engineering process and provide the BMC data
Engineering process
1Responsibily for engineering assembly/machining process, such as process document, SAP main data,ECR;
2Handle new product introduction project into normal production;
Quality control
1Problemsolving during the process by quality tools to guarantee an on-time-delivery.
2Find the rootcauses and take effective measures to avoid repeated quality issues
3Analyze customer complaint and define effective CAPA;
4Organize continous improvement for quality optimization;
Know-how sharing
1Build up and maintenance the know-how sharing platform to others;
DBS Kaizen Involvement
1Participate DBS workshops to learn various DBS tools
2Apply the tools in daily work to improve continously the engineering process/ quality with various DBS tools to achieve better customer satisfaction
Operator Training
1Technical coach and support to production line and operator training.
Person Specification:
EssentialQualifications & Education:
1University or above
Skills & Knowledge:
1PRO E and Auto CAD experience
2Excellent knowledge of mechanical assembly/machining processing
Experience:
1.5 years above relevant working experience;
2.Lean knowledge will be prefer;
Personal Skills / Attributes:
1Production/Engineering background, understand relevant product;
2Good communication skill;
3Good problem-solving skill;
4Proficient with LEAN tools practice;
5Good team player
Other areas: eg. Language & office skill:
1Fluent oral&reading English
2Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
