Summary:
Be responsible for the operation activities. The position has direct supervisory responsibility for the Manufacturing, Quality，OTD, Inventory, Productivity. Need to cooperate for executing the localization effort and for the introduction of new process and will work with the team to support their developing a world-class process and production capability.

Scope and Interaction: Reporting to the Operation VP and site GM; will be responsible for Biosystem Device manufacturing, also interact internally with all related departments like R&D, Sourcing, Logistic, Finance, HR to ensure high level of professionalism.

Job Qualifications:
1.This position requires a high level Business skill manufacturing knowledge
2.This individual must be familiar with Lean Manufacturing Practice, quality management, project management and material flow.
3.Thorough understanding of engineering and process improvement. ?
4.Must also posses solid experience in team leadership and long term planning
5.Must have an Engineering Degree in either Industry, Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent and MBA is plus
6.At least 5 years leadership experience
7.Familiar with Quality system ISO13485 or equivalent
8.Past experience working with US or European Company is preferred
9.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English / Mandarin
