Job Description

1. Orientation Training: Orientation(Office Staff) Training Management, be an internal trainer for the Orientation Training

2. Training needs identification: Assist in training needs analysis and priorities

3. Training Plan: Training plan tracking and following up, Data collecting and inputting

4. Training Vendor Management: Timely update the vendor management information

5. Training programs Implementation: Assist in the training programs implementation and effectiveness evaluation

6. Training contract and cost Management: Assist in the training contract managing and cost controlling

7. Training report: Assist in making the training report

8. Audit Support: Assist in ISO/TS16949 and customer audits

9. Working role: Working as an internal trainer to offer internal training courses to employees

10. Others: Fixing all the tasks assigned by Training Supervisor



Qualification:

1. Level of Education: College degree or above

2. Occupation: HR Training

3. Working Experience: at least 2 years' experience in HR training

4. Language: Good command of English both in verbal and written

5. IT Skill: Familiar with MS Office, Power point.Word.Excel

6. Special qualifications: Familiar with training process/system
