Job Description:

管理培训生项目，旨在塑造莱尼未来的领导者。在项目期间，管理培训生将在业务部门进行轮岗，通过不同的轮岗任务，培训生的核心能力得到发展，多样化的工作经验得以积累，并且通过包括团队领导力、项目管理、入职培训和学习研讨会等活动，培训生的工作技能将不断提升。最终，培训生将与他们的导师一起参与制定一份既符合个人职业意愿，又符合公司发展方向的职业发展计划，为其在莱尼的成功职业生涯做准备。

Requirements:

-本科或硕士应学历，理工科相关专业

-1-2工作经验

-英语达到CET六级及以上，熟练使用计算机及各类办公软件

-具有良好的人际沟通能力，团队合作和领导潜力

The plant is equipped with advanced software & hardware and harness laboratory to meet diversified requirements from customers. Shanghai plant implements LEONI global productivity system (LPS) and FORS ERP global network system.
