1.1 Finish the recruiting task according to the recruiting plan
1.2 Do the reference check as required
1.3 Direct workers' recruiting management
2.On board Management
2.1 Finish the on board procedure for the new employee according to the process
2.2 Coordinate with the training team for the orientation
3.Contract Management
3.1 Finish the contract signature according to the HR policy
3.2 Manage the contract process, ensure the signature timeliness and validity for the contract
3.3 Control the probation period process according to the contract
3.4 Give the suggestion for contract modifying according to the labor law to make the stardard contract effectively
4.Position transfer Management
4.1 Finish the position transfer work according to the transfer process
4.2 Coordinate with the training for position transfer
4.3 Management for the transaction
5.Announcement
5.1 Personnel Announcement for the new employee
5.2 Personnel Announcement for the position transfer employee
6.Leaving Procedure
6.1 Handle the leaving procedure and leaving reason analysis
7.Employee Relationship
7.1 Handle the satisfaction survey and summary the related data
7.2 Employee Friday Communication meeting
8.Report
8.1 Maintain the HR basic data and teach the dept assistant to maintain the data
8.2 Update the weekly report and Monthly recruting report submit
9.Others
9.1 Finish the tasks assigned by superior
9.2 Telephone list update monthly
9.3 Update O-chart
10.ISO14001/TS16949
11.Being reponsible for ISO14001/TS16949

Qualifications required/Knowledge
Level of Education: bachelor or junior colleage
Major: Management or lelated
Occupation: Human Resources
Working Experience: more than 3 years in direct operators' recruiting in the plant
Language: Good English(oral,listening,writing)
IT Skill: MS Office
