The sales coordinator should:

increase turnover by canvassing new B2B customers

Satisfy the customers’ needs and increase loyalty by establishing strong relationship.

deploy all commercial attitudes to guarantee the sustainability of customers portfolio

capitalize on our customers’ feedbacks

become the reference in B2B customer relationship within the company

be the relay for stores and encourage B2C sales

Responsibilities

I manage 100% of B2B orders in Shanghai

I am the ambassador of our brand to my customers, and I guarantee a professional and adapted speech

Through my oral and written answers, the customer can feel my energy and enthusiasm

I find and bring a solution to each customer

I use my good relationship with the customers to sell the products and services

Performance Indicators

Global volume increase of B2B gift cards sales

Volume increase of B2B gift cards sales from the CRC database

Control of the discount rate

Growth in % of customers paying for extra services (delivery,…)

Number of outgoing calls landing a deal

Quality and availability of the phone line

Reactive answers to customers

Customer satisfaction survey/rate
