职位描述
Report to: VP
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales strategy in compliance with the mission of AS BU in China, and make annual sales plan containing targets, actions, cost, etc.
- Cascade down the sales target and carry out action plan. Lead key account managers to fulfill sales target and monitor their performance.
- Identify new market and directly visit customers. Follow up all the on-going projects.
- Closely cooperate with German colleagues on technical proposal, price calcuation and negotiation.
- Handover all order information(commerical and technical specification) to project team to kick off the project.
- Participate in signing final acceptance when necessary.
- Make optimization on customer approach work flow, information sharing, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree of engineering or similar education
- 10+ years sales/proposal/engineering experience in industrial equipment industry, preferable automotive industry. (Body shop, Paint shop, Stamping or Final Assembly).
- Able to lead a mature team. Strong sense of making improvement.
- Proactive, take initiative to have control on things.
- Good manner and able to make excellent presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Work Experience in Europe is preferred.
