Key Responsibilities:

？ Develop supply chain & customer service strategy & plan, practices, processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) align with the Company’s business plan
？ Build & optimize the existing set up to meet the government, regulatory, Corporate standards & Suppliers requirement in alignment with the business 5-year plan.
？ Manage warehouse and logistics vendors/programs to ensure lowest costs & HSE requirements are achieved
？ Lead the Customer Service Team and related activities
？ Meet company order processing & customer service standards including On-Time & In-Full delivery
？ Work closely with sales, business development/marketing on new supplier/product launches and projects
？ Further develop, manage and execute the Sales and Operations Planning process for the company including Forecasting, demand planning with sales and business development to meet inventory turns targets
？ Monitor Suppliers delivery performance against lead-time
？ Customer & Supplier complaint handling
？ Develop a supplier score card in accordance to business strategies & plans
？ Lead & manage, develop, mentor and assist subordinates in all of the functions that fall within the supply chain process/systems.


Requirements:

？ 10+ years’ experience in developing supply chain organization
？ Practical knowledge of leading edge supply chain activities in warehousing, logistics, forecasting, planning, customer service activities
？ Proven track record of driving cost reduction and improving in efficiency of supply chain operation through Continuous Improvement projects/Lean projects/KPIs projects……..
？ Minimum 4 year undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
？ Strong interpersonal skills to lead, manage and influence colleagues and other members of organization to achieve goals and objectives of his/her department.
？ Strong leadership and management skills to be able to provide direction, set priorities and objectives to drive the operational business.
？ Ability to develop, coach and guide the team to create a motivated and assertive organization.
？ Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language with strong understanding and appreciation for both cultures.
