Clinic Director Secretary

The Clinic Director secretary will be responsible for administrative duties and clerical duties. They should be well-organized and highly motivated so as to perform their job to a high standard. This is extremely important as they will be all clients' first contact and will in turn be the voice of ELG. The receptionist will be contributing to daily tasks that will enhance the company's general efficiency.

? Duties to be performed:
o Answer calls
o Take messages
o Email clients
o Translate during meetings with clients
o Translate paperwork
o Receive payment
o Organize files
o Keep inventory in Pudong of files and supplies
o Order supplies
o Liaise with Puxi office

? The Qualifications:
o 0 to 5 years as secretary, office administration or sales/marketing experiences
o Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
o Strong PC knowledge
o Organized
o Outgoing

ELG is a social enterprise that provides special education, behavioral, developmental, mental health services for both the local and international communities.

Speech-language pathologist Dr. Shari D. Rosen was the first American developmental therapist based in China. When she saw the lack of resources available in Shanghai for families of children with special needs, she, husband Monte Rosen, and friend Andrew Hill came together to form ELG. ELG was launched in 2006.

ELG offers speech-language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and mental health counseling by appointment. Some examples include support with learning disabilities, sleep difficulties, handwriting, mental health challenges, coordination, social skills, and much more. People can call with any issue, even if they aren’t sure what specific type of therapy or assessment they need. ELG sees over 600 clients per year across China.

ELG also offers training to parents and professionals, as well as consultation for safeguarding and crisis management.

通过预约，学建可提供言语语言干预、物理干预、职能干预、行为干预和心理健康咨询。同样对包括学习障碍、睡眠问题、书写障碍、精神问题、协调能力和社交能力等方面提供支持。即便是无法确定自己需要什么类型的干预或评估，人们也可以打电话就任何问题进行咨询。学建每年为全中国超过600个家庭提供服务。
