职位概述

Provide support for the TPP department including but not limited to: Internal communication and support for SHU front line staff, communication data collection, and data analysis for Third party payers.

岗位职责

1. - Provide Training on insurance workflow for SHU and Huashan staff, front line, cashiers, precert

2. Communication with Business department, PIMS/ Track and Frontline

3. Data collection and provide data support on TPP analysis

4. Reports preparation, monitoring contracts terms and condition on SHU markets, payment analysis and productivity reports

5. - Coordinate with marketing team for marketing events on target customers

6. - Updating all relevant systems on added or delete TPPs, including UFH website, all printing marketing materials, displays around the facilities, Inputting new payers into Track

7. Work Closely with BJU, TJU and GZU TPP coordinators

8. - Get involve and help with problem solving on the complicated cases or complains form insurance companies

9. Update Direct billing tool kit

10. - Set up close relationship with operational team of UFH Insurance partners

11. - Provide quotation, explanation for the community interested in UFH Insurance product. Monitor requests and follow up with Insurance company/brokers on sales

任职条件

1. College education preferred

2. At least one year experience

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Professional etiquette

5. Must pay special attention to detail

6. Computer skills (Exel and Adobe advanced knowledge is a plus)

7. Team-working abilities

8. Business sense & negotiation skill

9. Excellent oral and written English

10. Basic knowledge about health insurance market
