职位概述

This position is responsible for providing timely support and informative follow-up to Health Information systems (HIS) user to ensure smooth day to day HIS operations throughout the organization.

岗位职责

Provide all kinds of support to HIS end user, including application access, usage, devices and equipments etc

Manage user access privileges as per business process requirements, test and document changes.

Implement and monitor all end user related security procedures, ensure they are complied with information security policies

Monitor and identify existing issues that might have negative impacts on HIS operations and report to the supervisor

Provide HIS training to user

Work closely with ITS operations to accomplish tasks assigned.

Work with Track Team to do the routine maintenance and support on the database and application technically

任职条件

A Bachelors degree in computer sciences or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience IT support, application support or end-user support troubleshooting or compatible

Other evidences of substantial knowledge can substitute educational requirements.

In depth knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, be efficient while working simultaneously with multiple software applications, be efficient in communicating with user to identify problems and provide solutions

Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to manipulate popular software applications.

Familiar with basic networking, good knowledge of PC's, printers and peripheral equipment

Sound understanding of information security control

Interpersonal relationship building

Set and manage priorities and meet deadlines

Effective written and verbal English communication
