职位概述

To oversee the administration and operation of the above-named clinics to ensure the highest level of quality services and patient safety.

岗位职责

1. Assure smooth clinic workflow and operations for all OP Clinic Services;

2. Serve as a liaison between medical, nursing and clerical staff among clinics, senior administrative management and inter-departments;

3. Take in charge of the operation of appointment center;

4. Work together with the Clinic Department Chair and the Senior Administrative Manager to develop strategic business plan and department goals for the clinic;

5. Work closely with the Finance Department to monitor clinic productivities; participate in the annual budget and capital equipment; monitor and control clinic expenditures within budget using Dashboard.

6. Work closely with the Department Chair, Medical Staff, Senior Administrative Management and the Quality and Safety Department to ensure quality patient care and services rendered.

7. Work with Marketing in planning and service line development and promotion.

8. Train, orient, schedule and supervise clerical staff, in charge of work assignment and daily operations and staff development.

9. Resolve problems in clinics and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards as defined by corporate and JCI or other current accreditation or quality standard.

10. Assist in nursing and clerical staff’s performance evaluation and staff counseling.

11. Participate in professional development activities to keep current with outpatient healthcare trends practices.

任职条件

1. Bachelor’s college degree or equivalent, medical or healthcare focus preferred. Preference given to candidates with graduate work in healthcare administration, business administration, finance or medical fields.

2. 3 to 5 years working in clinic or hospital setting in managerial role

3. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving & decision-making

4. Able to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients and others

5. Able to organize work to achieve clinic goals and objectives

6. Able to analyze and interpret complex date, research and prepare comprehensive reports

7. Able to monitor quality control standards

8. Able to communicate clearly in excellent written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese

9. Healthcare administration and clinic philosophy, policies and operating procedures.

10. Fiscal management systems and techniques

11. Human resource management practices including supervision and staff development

12. Governmental regulations and insurance needs, including reimbursement requirements

13. Computer systems and applications
