职位概述
Directs, implements and evaluates the quality improvement plan for SHU. The plan supports performance improvement and excellence, making tangible SHU’s mission and strategic goals

岗位职责
1. Assist staff to respond to incidents in a timely fashion as per incident management framework;
2. Liaise with necessary departments to provide support and staff education in relation to incident management;
3. Analyze incident/adverse event data and prepare reports for dissemination;
4. Provide advice and participate on “topic specific” safety team, ie: infection control;
5. Facilitate the process of PDCA in conjunction with relevant staff;
6. Provide advice and administrative support to PDCA team;
7. Ensure PDCA team complete investigation within specified timeframe and monitor implementation of recommendations;
8. Assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of PDCA recommendations and advice on system changes based on findings
9. Implement relevant strategies to disseminate lessons learned from PDCA finds and recommendations;
10. Assist in the implementation and evaluation of patient safety related policies;
11. Work towards facilitation of cultural change at every level of the organization to mainstream safety and quality priorities based on JCI;
12. Conducts Risk Mgt Monthly Meeting, monthly QI/Patient Safety Committee, and other internal committees as delegated.
13. Prepare reports and briefs as required by Associate GM.

任职条件
1. Management studies to university level
2. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
3. 5 years experience in hospital management / administration, of which at least one must be at hospital wide level
4. previous experience managing quality improvement in a hospital
