基本要求：
1、工作认真，负责，吃苦耐劳，对淘宝工作热爱，有足够的积极性及工作热情。
2、拥有优秀的团队合作精神。
3、具有很强的网络沟通能力，能够热情的给顾客介绍产品，解答顾客的问题，积极主动销售，有强烈的服务意识。
4、对工作内容有较快的熟悉和适应能力。
5、通过旺旺提供专业的咨询，推荐恰当的产品，指导客户购买；
6、熟悉ppt，word文档，excel表格的基本操作。
7、有淘宝、拍拍等网店客服工作经验，能熟练的使用淘宝后台。按要求拆分/合并订单、修改邮费/价格/收货地址/产品属性等，及时添加订单备注；
8、.具有良好的服务意识，性格温和，脾气好，工作耐心细致，热情，不和客户争执，具亲和力，善于沟通，思路清晰，反应敏捷，对于工作有高度的工作责任感与团队协作能力、危机处理能力；
9、熟悉汽配系列产品者优先。
10、能够很好的处理售后不与顾客发生冲突不搪塞推脱设身处地为顾客着想具有处理突发问题件的能力。
11、公司免费提供食宿。上班地点靠近上海西站附近。
12、能适应晚班制（轮岗），做六休一。
