职位描述
Title: AP Procurement Director
Report to: Global Procurement VP and AP CEO
Subordinate: over 100
Location: 1st year or first 1.5 year relocate to France, and back to Shanghai after that
Responsibilities:
1, Lead entire Asia Procurment activities
2, Manage Asia Region with 4 big zone over 18 countries procurement activities.
3, Manage procurement activites for both direct and indirect procurement material, which is include: Direct material, raw material, MRO, equirement, leasing and rentle, service, construcution, travel and all any other procurement expense.
4, Support the global procurement activitries and lead the procurement direction.
Requirement:
1, Solid procurement experience in MNC company, wide knowledge of procurement, purchasing, supply chain and logistics.
2, Candidate with years of director level management experience
3, Chinese candidate with oversea working/education experience.
4, Chinese candidate but with AP region (like Singapore, India, Korea, Japan, Austrilia...)management experience. Global exposure is a good plus.
5, Stale candidate with good track record in the pervious service companies.
6, Experience at deal with regional conflict.
7, Strong leadship and good at communication.
8, Candidate used to manage a big team is a good plus experience.
9, No industry limited, salary is about 1-1.5M/annual
